Refunds & Returns Policy

Please read the following carefully.

Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we make the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your legal consumer rights.

  • You can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your goods.
  • After contacting us, you have another 14 days to send the goods back.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm we have received it and tell you if your refund is approved.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed (minus shipping costs and restocking fee if applicable) and credited to your original payment method.

We aim to handle all returns as quickly as possible.


Unwanted Products

If you change your mind or are unhappy with an item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery:

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all components.
  • We will refund the price you paid (excluding postage).
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days of receiving and checking your return.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return postage.

Note: Some items cannot be returned unless faulty, such as food, personalised items, or made-to-order products. These will be clearly marked on the product page.


Faulty Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Return it within 30 days of receiving it.
  • We will replace it or issue a full refund.
  • We will also cover the cost of return postage. Please get a proof of postage from your Post Office.

For items beyond 30 days, please contact us by email for assistance.


Returning Products

To return an item:

  • Contact us at customerservices@loras.co.uk or by phone at +44 7703 765470.
  • We may give you a Returns Code to include with your package.
  • Send your item securely, ideally with a signature on delivery (e.g., Royal Mail Recorded Delivery), to:

You are responsible for the products until they reach us.


Loras Responsibilities

  • We try to describe all products accurately. Please check dimensions or details if needed.
  • We provide services with care but cannot guarantee other people’s services.
  • Our website is provided “as is” and may not always be error-free or uninterrupted.
  • We are not responsible for links to other websites.

Note: You are responsible for any breach of these terms. Loras is not liable for indirect losses, viruses, or issues caused by third-party websites.
